An Albany County jury acquitted Winston Wolfe Thursday afternoon of a single count of Assault in the First Degree and the lesser included charge of Assault in the second degree after just one hour of deliberation. Lee Kindlon of Kindlon Shanks & Associates represented Mr. Wolfe during the four-day trial that included testimony by five prosecution witnesses and two for Mr. Wolfe, including the defendant himself, who had claimed self-defense throughout the ordeal.
